Opportunities are available for sponsorship of some of the Queensland Turf Club's most prestigious races and racedays and/ or events and promotions.  Sponsorship at Eagle Farm Racecourse will expose your brand to a diverse market and provide increased media coverage.  Sponsorship Packages can be tailored to meet the needs of your brand.

A standard Sponsorship Package for an Eagle Farm raceday includes the following benefits:

1. NAMING RIGHTS

Naming rights to the race day and and/or the races on the program.
e.g. Castlemaine Perkins Raceday

XXXX Bitter Handicap
XXXX Gold Handicap

2. NAME MENTION/RACEBOOK

• Front and back cover, designed by the sponsor in full colour to highlight sponsorship.
• Full page black and white racebook advertisements positioned next to sponsored races.
• Race names will be listed in various newspaper form guides and TAB race lists throughout Australia.
• The race names featuring the sponsor's name will be published in all official Club literature i.e. Members' Newsletter.
• The race meeting may receive media attention in major daily newspapers, specialist racing newspapers and through radio and television coverage.

3. SIGNAGE

The following signage locations may be utilised by the sponsor on the day of sponsorship:

• Winning post signage - All Day.
• A-frame in straight - All Day.
• Trophy Table and Microphone sign for presentation.
• Various vantage points in Public and Members Reserve areas for the duration of the day.
• Any other area as agreed to by QTC.

4. TELEVISION AND RADIO COVERAGE

• The entire race meeting will be televised live at hotels, Clubs and TAB agencies via Sky Channel to over 5,300 outlets throughout Australia.
• Eagle Farm races are shown live on Foxtel, Optusvision and Austar which have a potential viewing audience of 3 million nationally.
• All races are shown live and replayed on closed circuit television monitors on-course and at other major interstate and provincial racecourses conducting race meetings on the day.
• All races are broadcast on Radio 4TAB throughout Queensland and via relay stations throughout Australia.
• Radio advertisements are developed by QTC Marketing Manager for larger race days with both official and non-official media partners.

5. TROPHY PRESENTATION

• A trophy for the Winning Owner, Winning Trainer and Jockey will be supplied by the Club for larger sponsorships.
• The sponsor's Chairman/Chief Executive will be invited to make a speech. This public presentation will take place in the Mounting Enclosure.
• Sponsors join connections in the private Winners Bar for a celebratory drink.

6. EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGES

• Invitations to Committee lunch on the raceday.
• Members' Enclosure passes.
• Complimentary Admission. tickets.
• Members' passes for a major raceday during the Winter Carnival.
• Invitations to QTC functions throughout the year (applies to larger sponsorships)

7. PROMOTIONS

The QTC will assist sponsors to conduct promotions on-course. This may include product sampling/sales, displays, competitions etc.

8. CORPORATE ENTERTAINMENT

A private Corporate Suite in the John Power Stand overlooking the racecourse is provided by the QTC for the sponsor to entertain forty (40) guests. This includes:

• Corporate Suite
• Racecourse Admission for (40) guests
• Enclosure Passes for (40) guests
• VIP Parking
• Television monitors
• Betting facilities
• Air-conditioned comfort
• Waiter service

There are a variety of food and beverage options available at an additional cost.

9. COST

The cost of sponsorship is dependent on the raceday and the level of involvement by the sponsor.
